Our trip to Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

We had arranged to spend a few days in Scotland as a surprise for one of my hubby's oldest friends, to surprise him for his 40th birthday. Between the threatened BA strikes and the fact that Scotland, like England, had suffered it's worst winter for 30 years and had a massive snow storm lasting days just before we flew, we were worried we would not make it. We flew out on 1st March and returned on 5th March. There was an absolutely crazy amount of snow in Tomintoul where we stayed and the cottage was FREEZING but we had a good time.

Here are the photo's from our trip.
